MAIN TASKS

1. Organize and schedule appointments
2. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
3. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
4. Develop and maintain a filing system
5. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
6. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
7. Maintain contact lists
8. Book travel arrangements
9. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
10. Liaise with colleagues for daily routines
11. Provide general support to visitors
12. Other tasks assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Confident, driven & competitive
2. Proactive, open-minded and willing to explore and execute new ideas
3. Affinity with design, art, engineering, fashion and/or marketing
4. Detail-oriented & Well-organized
5. Good English level
